At WeightWorld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location. You will receive a notification once our warehouse has processed your refund.
